**Job Summary:**
Discovery Village at Twin Creeks is seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Non-CDL Bus Driver to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate a non-CDL bus safely and efficiently on designated routes.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with disabilities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure operational safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate passenger counts and adhere to established schedules.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on duty.
- Report any mechanical issues or road hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior and exterior.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding any changes or emergencies.
- Uphold a positive company image through excellent customer service and professionalism.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Commitment to safety and customer service.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to sit for extended periods while operating the bus.
- Must be able to assist passengers with mobility devices and luggage as needed.
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections.
