Job Title: Product Equipment Tester

Pay Rate: $16/hr.

Shift: 1st (6 AM- 4:30 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Equipment Tester to join our team. In this role, you will work in a dedicated technical workspace to inspect, test, and help restore electronic equipment to a like-new condition. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their technical skill set—company will train.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & Diagnosis

  • Examine used electronic equipment to identify defects, damage, or performance issues.
  • Document findings and determine necessary repairs.

Repair & Component Replacement

  • Disassemble equipment as needed to perform basic repairs.
  • Replace worn or damaged parts such as circuit boards, batteries, or screens.
  • (Training provided.)

Testing & Calibration

  • Perform comprehensive functionality, electrical, and performance testing.
  • Ensure all devices meet manufacturer specifications and internal quality standards.

Cleaning & Refinishing

  • Clean, detail, and reassemble equipment.
  • Ensure each unit meets “like-new” cosmetic and functional expectations.

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to work in a structured, technical environment.
  • Reliable and punctual— strict attendance policy with no absences allowed during the first 90 days .
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in electronic testing and refurbishment processes.
