Precision Grinder and Bead Blasting Technician to join our manufacturing team and help us deliver world-class equipment to our global customers.

Job Overview In this role, you will assist our fabrication and final assembly teams by preparing, grinding, and bead-blasting machine bodies and components. This is a critical role for maintaining our high standards of sanitary design and safety.
Key Responsibilities: - Surface Finishing: Operate grinding and bead-blasting equipment to achieve specific surface textures and meet quality standards.
- Quality Prep: Clean and inspect surfaces for imperfections, sharp edges, or burs.
- Fabrication Support: Assist fabricators with weld clean-up and material preparation.
- Inspection: Verify that finished products comply with technical drawings and specifications.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure equipment is in top working condition.
Qualifications - Experience: Previous experience in industrial grinding, bead blasting, or a related metal finishing field is preferred.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency with industrial tools and the ability to read technical drawings.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for surface imperfections and a commitment to precision.
- Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE in an industrial setting.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work on your feet in a shop environment. Forklift experience is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits - Pay Range: $24.83 – $28.39 per hour (DOE) + 15% Shift Differential.
