Korzen Health is working in collaboration with Healogics in regards to adding a Full-Time 5 days/week Wound Care Physician to the program in the Indianapolis, IN market area. We need full-time post acute coverage.
Scope of Practice Includes:
This opportunity includes working in our Post Acute Care Program. This is a 100% Wound Care position. No nights. No on-call. No weekend work. We have full existing business in this location, you will not depend on signing any new contracts. Would prefer someone who currently lives on the southern/western side of the greater Indy metro area as that is where most of SNFs facilities are located.
This is a procedure based environment. Mostly geriatric pts in SNF setting. You need to be BC/BE with clear and active State License. You need to have at least 1 year of procedural experience. Minor procedures such as suturing and I&Ds are ok. Procedural case logs will be required as part of our credentialing process. Paid training.

- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL
- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
