**Position Overview:

**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Superintendent with a strong background in commercial electrical work. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing projects while actively contributing to the electrical installations.

**

Responsibilities:

**

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites, actively participating in electrical installations and overseeing team performance

• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations

• Interpret and implement electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications

• Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and material procurement

• Mentor and train electricians, apprentices, and other team members

• Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs as necessary

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with codes and standards

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project progress

**Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred

• Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have own basic electrical hand tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Journeyman/ Master Electrician License (Preferred)
