**Position Overview:
**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Superintendent with a strong background in commercial electrical work. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing projects while actively contributing to the electrical installations.

Responsibilities:
**
Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites, actively participating in electrical installations and overseeing team performance
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations
Interpret and implement electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and material procurement
Mentor and train electricians, apprentices, and other team members
Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs as necessary
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with codes and standards
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project progress

**Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred
Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have own basic electrical hand tools.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
