We are seeking a talented virtual assistant to help with travel booking, travel research, lifestyle management, and important internet research tasks. In this position no two days will be the same, and you will learn a large variety of skills from a master of entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

Research airbnbs, hotels, an accommodations to find the best ones based on certain parameters
Research tutors, topic experts, and professors for our CEO to consult with on an hourly basis
Arrange meetings with topic experts and professors, negotiate hourly rates with them
Assist with planning visits to new cities. Research business venues, gyms, grocery stores, and activities, and create google maps with starred locations
Calendar and schedule management
Available 8 hours a day in WhatsApp to support the CEO team with ad hoc requests
Manage budgets and assist with online bookkeeping
Research the latest internet research trends and methods, stay on top of current AI trends

Qualifications:

Proven experience in related role
Experience with google sheets, chatGPT, and the latest internet research techniques
High attention to detail and problem solving ability
Flexible availability, and available at least 40 hours a week
