Reporting to the Vascular Surgery Medical Director and Advanced Practice leadership, the Vascular Clinic NP Nurse Practitioner will practice at the top of license across pre- and post-procedural care, venous and arterial disease management, surveillance, triage, care coordination, and telehealth follow-up in an outpatient setting. Surrounded by friendly nurses, sonographers, wound care specialists, interventionalists, and a diverse interdisciplinary team—including RN navigators, medical assistants, and clinic coordinators—the Vascular Clinic NP Nurse Practitioner will enjoy strong APP mentorship, streamlined clinic workflows, and the tools to deliver timely access and exceptional outcomes.
