Schedule: 13-week Contract
Day Shift 40 hours, (4x10, 0600-1600)
Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician for a Radiology unit assignment in Portland, OR. The Cath Lab Technician is responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and collaborating with physicians to ensure the highest quality of care. A thorough understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as the technical aspects of imaging equipment and procedures, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within a cath lab
- Sterilizing tools and maintaining a clean laboratory
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
- Following radiation safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience (Required), need to have Cardiac interventional experience and Neuro/IR interventional experience.
- Certifications: AART Req no RCIS
- Charting: EPIC
- First-time Travelers: Yes
- On-Call: 1 night every 1-2 weeks
- Weekend Requirement: No
- COVID & FLU: (COVID Not Required), Flu: Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Locals allowed: No, requires that your permanent residence is more than 50 miles from location
- RTO Restrictions: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved. Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO.
