The Technical Support Manager is responsible for the hiring & development of the Technical Support Specialists (TSS). A TSS is a degreed Medical Technologist with an ASCP Certification who provides support on the company's lab instruments, reagents, and digital products.
Manage the TSS Group in the North Carolina area and provide technical support services to the company's clients. Will also provide support to Sales pre- and post-sale. This can include but not limited to troubleshooting, side by side evaluations, demos, lectures, and support at meetings.
The Support Manager position requires a BS Degree in a related discipline, MLS or MT ASCP Certification, and at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience. Needs to be able to do up to 75% overnight travel, which can include some international travel.
