Crown Subaru has an immediate opportunity for a Service Drive Concierge. Competitive base hourly pay and commission, along with BONUSES! Total estimated first-year earnings $40K-$55K As a Service Drive Concierge, you serve as a liaison between our service drive customers and our sales departments to help identify additional services for our clients based upon their individual needs. We will rely on you to help in the following ways:

• Reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction - checking in guest, coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
• Work with a used car buying team through an automated process
• Help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
• Organizing various activities behind-the-scenes

Responsibilities:

• Organize, greets and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
• Offer Vehicle Service Contracts to customer about to be out of factory warranty
• Other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
• Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service.

• Customer service ability
• Time management, critical knowledge
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Previous sales experience is a PLUS!
