Description We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to lead organic search strategies, optimize website performance, and provide valuable insights to support content and media teams. Responsibilities: - Design and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy based on competitive analysis and research. - Conduct detailed keyword research to uncover content opportunities and enhance search visibility. - Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, headings, and internal linking structures for improved rankings. - Perform technical SEO audits focusing on site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals. - Generate detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with media and campaign teams to provide SEO insights and quick-turnaround research. - Monitor content performance and suggest updates, consolidations, or removals to maintain relevance and quality. - Ensure the website adheres to the latest SEO best practices and guidelines. - Support cross-functional teams with SEO-focused content briefs and optimization strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to refine strategies and enhance outcomes. Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in SEO roles. - Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO and data analysis. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. - Strong ability to communicate complex SEO strategies and findings to diverse teams. - Solid understanding of web content management systems, including WordPress CMS. - Familiarity with web content creation and optimization. - Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving SEO trends. - Proven track record of improving organic search performance in competitive markets.
