As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see when they walk through the door. Your role will be essential in ensuring their visit is smooth and enjoyable. Key responsibilities include: - Greeting patients warmly and professionally. - Managing appointments and maintaining the schedule efficiently. - Handling patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone. - Assisting with insurance verification and processing. - Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. - Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or medical office. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in managing schedules and handling administrative tasks. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
