Job Description:

As a Remote Cruise Reservations , you will be responsible for assisting clients with cruise reservations, from the initial inquiry to the final booking. Your role will involve guiding clients through the booking process, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding cruise options, pricing, and availability.
  
• Assist clients in selecting cruise itineraries, ships, cabins, and excursions based on their preferences.
  
• Provide detailed information about cruise lines, destinations, onboard activities, and travel requirements.
  
• Process cruise reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  
• Stay up to date with cruise promotions, deals, and industry updates.
  
• Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, or changes to their bookings.
  
• Maintain detailed records of client information and booking details.
  

Qualifications:
