Job Summary:
As a Receptionist / Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests, answer phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the office
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
