Designing A/B tests for prompt performance. Using metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, or human evaluation for quality. Awareness of bias, fairness, and responsible AI principles. Techniques for avoiding harmful or sensitive outputs. Python for automation and API integration. Familiarity with JSON for structured outputs. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related fields, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI systems.
