Description of the role:

Our Radio Marketing and Digital Consultants at Stillwater Radio are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple radio stations and digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, energy, creativity, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital marketing techniques. Not a desk job by any means!

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, solicit and create and manage marketing campaigns for radio stations and digital platforms
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and advertisements
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Outside direct sales experience a plus. Cold calling part of the experience to develop new customers!
