Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Pipeline Fitter to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the prefabrication and assembly of pipelines in various industrial settings, such as glassworks and paper mills. Your work will involve connecting pipeline components using a variety of methods, including flexible Victaulic clamps, welding, threading, and clamping.

Responsibilities

• Prefabricate and assemble pipelines in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Utilize various joining techniques, including Victaulic clamps, welding, threading, and clamping.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate pipeline installation.
• Operate lifts and forklifts to assemble steel support structures for pipelines and valves at heights.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of pipeline assembly and prefabrication techniques.
• Minimum of one year of experience in pipeline assembly.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights and in industrial environments.

Preferred Skills

• Plumber or Master Plumber License according to Georgia Secretary of State regulations will be a large advantage.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Technical education in a related field (e.g., welding, pipefitting).
