A well-established Midtown law firm is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in business immigration. Experience with PERM applications is a major plus.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and file PERM applications and other employment-based immigration petitions.
Support attorneys in case management and client communications.
Maintain immigration case records and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Qualifications:
4+ years of business immigration experience.
