• Help implement Premier Living US standards and procedures so the community operates efficiently and meets performance goals.
• Drive leasing performance by marketing available units, giving engaging tours, and ensuring apartment homes are presented at their very best. • Manage resident relations with professionalism — answering questions, addressing concerns, enforcing lease guidelines, and maintaining positive connections.
• Process applications, prepare leases, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Support maintenance and operations teams by helping manage work orders and ensuring residents receive timely service.
• Play a proactive role in controlling delinquency through communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, motivating, and high-performing environment.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently on occasion in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Leadership skills and coaching ability.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret all forms of information.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic Understanding of MS Office.
• Basic understanding of Yardi (preferred).
