Responsibilities

• Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting of equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair electrical systems and components.
• Build and assemble machines according to specifications and operational requirements.
• Apply hydraulics experience to maintain and repair hydraulic systems effectively.
• Engage in PLC programming to enhance automation processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

• Strong skills in creating preventive maintenance plans.

• Proficient in equipment and electrical troubleshooting.

• Experience in machine building and assembling.

• Hands-on experience with hydraulics.

• Familiarity with PLC programming and automation systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

• MUST HAVE Manufacturing - Industrial Maintenance experience

• Plastic Injection Molding experience required.
