Position Overview: Verion is looking to fill a Trainer/ Instructor position, an IPC Trainer, or Specialist (CIS) and or person with an Electronic Assembly experience who wants to become an instructor to deliver quality IPC training and certification programs to clients and employees. Whether your certification is current or expired, and or you have instructor experience we want to hear from you! This role offers the opportunity to teach, travel, and expand your expertise. Verion provides additional training to ensure you stay up to date with the latest standards.

Details :

• Schedule : Full-time or Part-time, Monday to Friday; potential overtime and occasional weekends.
• Pay : $25 - $32 per hour, plus overtime and end of year performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IPC training and certifications (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-600, IPC-7711/21).
• Prepare and present IPC-established curricula.
• Train business clients and internal employees.
• Contribute to improving training programs and techniques.
• Create an adaptable and positive learning environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Assist with additional duties to support business needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of training experience preferred.
• Active or expired IPC certifications.
• Electronic Assembly background is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
