Qualifications :

Required :

• Associate degree or higher
• Over 1 plus years of experience in any of the following:
  • Clinical Documentation
  • Clinical Informatics
  • Clinical Quality
• Over 1 plus years of experience in any of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • Practice Partner EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania (PA)
• All of the following valid licenses and certifications:
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Required travel for this position

Overview :

Seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Carnegie/Crafton, PA, and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations. The successful candidate will have an associate degree, an RN license in the state of work, and at least one year of RN experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Support patients in Carnegie/Crafton, PA, and surrounding areas
• Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
• Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Self-manage time and schedule

Schedule and Shift Details :

• On-call Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• 8 units on Saturday
• 8 units on Sunday
• 2 holidays per year
