Job Title: Food & Beverage Attendant AMA Bar & Grill Fulltime

Hourly Rate: $21.25

Providing inspired Food & Beverage to highlight the destination we represent is one of our passions.  As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will be a hospitality ambassador that will connect our guests to the delectable cuisine inspired by our diverse culture and island home.  The support you provide poolside and to AMA Bar & Grill includes expediting food running  table & supply maintenance and restaurant terrace utility.  Your role will showcase our passion and accomplish our mission of turning moments into memories. 

What you will be doing:

• Adhere to daily checklist and duties assigned
• Prepare station with all sanitation and cleaning equipment needed for the specified area
• Assist Server and Bartenders in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food table maintenance beverage service and seating guests
• Deliver orders to each operating area as required
• Provide timely engaged personalized friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests 
• Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of venue as it adheres DOH guidelines and procedures
• Ensure the proper set up and break down of all side stations in the venue

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferred
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is desirable
• Must be able to speak read write and understand the English language.
• Requires good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

Licenses or Certifications:

• Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance
• Food Safety Certification or ServSafe Certification

Education

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and/or vocational training
