Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals? We're seeking a dynamic External Wholesaler to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within your assigned territory in Central Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do:

Build Strong Relationships: Connect with independent financial advisors across Central Pennsylvania, becoming their trusted partner for annuity solutions.
Educate and Consult: Conduct joint meetings with advisors and their clients, sharing your expertise on annuities and their role in long-term financial security. Provide valuable insights and strategies to help advisors grow their business.
Collaborate on Financial Plans: Partner with advisors to integrate annuities into comprehensive financial plans, guiding them through product options and the sales process.
Share Your Knowledge: Lead meetings, seminars, and training workshops to educate current and potential clients about our product offerings and value proposition.
Manage Your Territory Strategically: Maximize sales within your assigned area, effectively allocating resources and managing your budget.
Team Up for Success: Collaborate with your dedicated Internal Wholesaler to identify and cultivate leads from referrals, marketing initiatives, and territory outreach.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep advisors informed about product updates, service agreements, and industry trends.
Drive Growth: Actively develop new relationships and expand business within key accounts, while continuing to support existing partners.
Provide Market Intelligence: Share regular feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and product development strategies.
What You'll Bring:

5+ years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on wholesaling (internal, external, or a combination).
Demonstrated experience with point-of-sale activities.
A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors.
A history of exceeding sales targets and growing a territory.
FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are required.
Active Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses in your resident state are required.
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and communicate clearly and persuasively.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
