Rental/Insurance Escrow Analyst

FedTec is seeking a Rental/Insurance Escrow Analyst who will be responsible for administering, reviewing, and monitoring rental housing escrow accounts, as well as overseeing the servicing of insurance policies maintained on the rental housing portfolio

Location: Glenn Allen, VA

Responsibilities

• Administer, review, and monitor rental housing escrow accounts
• Oversee servicing of insurance policies for the rental housing portfolio
• Verify insurance coverage, loan documentation, and escrow balances
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to escrow accounts or insurance coverage
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support servicing activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loans, escrows, and insurance

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, asset management, or housing finance operations
• Knowledge of rental housing finance, escrow structures, and loan servicing practices
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
