Data Scientist

Our client is seeking a Data Scientist to develop and deploy machine learning models that empower strategic decision-making. What You ll Do:

Develop Predictive Models: Design and deploy predictive models (e.g., lead scoring, retention, lookalike) to meet client needs.

Model Operations: Oversee the lifecycle of machine learning models, including packaging, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Optimize Processes: Build scalable and efficient workflows for data analysis and model development.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams (Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Client Services) to align technical and business requirements.

Mentorship: Guide junior team members in adopting best practices and exploring innovative solutions.

Custom Solutions: Tailor data science models and approaches to address client-specific challenges.

What You ll Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).

Experience:

• 3+ years in model design, training, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Sci-kit Learn, TensorFlow, AWS, MLFlow).

Data Skills:

• Expertise in SQL for data mining.
• Proficiency in deploying models to cloud environments using containers.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Mindset: Curious, resourceful, and a team-oriented collaborator with a drive to learn and innovate.
