Join our team as a CNC Milling Machinist and bring your precision and technical expertise to the forefront of our advanced manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and Operate  Multi-axis CNC Milling machines (Haas) for efficient and accurate production.
• Machine complex parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances.

Setup & Operation

• Perform machine setup, including loading programs, tool changes, and adjustments.
• Operate CNC milling machines and ensure optimal performance across production runs.
• Apply knowledge of speeds and feeds for a variety of materials to achieve high-quality results.

Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with the Quality Department to verify proper procedures for part measurement and inspection.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to inspect and ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Review and confirm the accuracy of production documents and material compliance with specifications.

Technical Proficiency

• Demonstrate strong skills in interpreting and working from mechanical drawings .
• Apply basic mathematical skills to solve machining challenges effectively.
• Troubleshoot and optimize processes for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC Milling machines , with a focus on Haas equipment preferred.
• Experience in setting up and running multi-axis CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of precision measuring equipment and machining techniques.
• Excellent ability to interpret mechanical drawings and work with tight tolerances .
• Knowledge of material types and machining parameters, including speeds and feeds.
