Cabin Monuments and Integration Division (CMI)
So, what is CMI looking for? We need a motivated, professional, innovative, creative System Engineer that enjoys designing and developing high quality Interiors products that fulfill the customer’s vision. CMI Engineering is fully involved from design concept to fielding of new technology. We have an exciting variety of products that we create: Aircraft Water & Waste Systems, Lavatories, Front Row Monuments, and more.
What you will do:
• Innovative Solutions: Dive deep into requirements, interpreting and translating them to support effective system design that pushes the boundaries of possibility.
• Collaborative Excellence: Coordinate seamlessly across functional teams, developing compliance methods, qualification plans, and functional test procedures that pave the way for groundbreaking advancements.
• Architectural Exploration: Lead the charge in architectural exploration, decomposing customer specifications, validating and generating verification criteria and plans that set the stage for unparalleled innovation.
• Technical Mastery: Showcase your expertise in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses, driving total systems solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications you must have:
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
• Experience with ARP-4754
• Knowledge of DO-178and DO-254
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Experience with military programs.
• Experience with ARP4761, Systems Safety
• Engineering degree
• Commercial Aerospace background.
• Ability to lead a team of systems engineers on a large program.
