Job Description

We are recruiting high-performing Psychiatric & Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Psychiatric Physician Assistants for multiple inpatient and outpatient psychiatry positions across partner hospitals, clinics, and telepsychiatry programs nationwide.

Schedules may include:

• Inpatient: 7-on / 7-off
• Outpatient: Monday–Friday
• Hybrid & telepsychiatry options available

Compensation varies by role, setting, and volume, ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 annually.

All clinicians placed through our network are supported by On-Demand Psychiatry , a secure clinical decision-support platform created by Dr. Tanveer A. Padder, MD , a triple board-certified psychiatrist and psychopharmacologist.

As part of our screening process, applicants complete a brief clinical competency exam before interviews are scheduled. This helps us match clinicians to the right roles and maintain high clinical standards across all placements.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on placement, responsibilities may include:

• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Treatment planning across adult, child, geriatric, addiction, and complex cases
• Inpatient or outpatient/telepsychiatry care delivery
• Other duties as assigned
