Job Description

Our  Accounts Payable  position provides you with the opportunity to apply your 2-5 years of payables experience  as part of a team that appreciates your attention to detail and proactive approach.

Your  exceptional verbal and written communication skills,  along with your  solution-oriented acumen will be your key to success.

This is a remote position, work hours are 8:30-5:30 Eastern time . Benefits include health care, paid time off, 401k, life insurance and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entering vouchers; ensuring credit is received for returns.
• Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; and recording entries.
• Reconciling monthly supplier statements.
• Recording sales tax payable information.
• Maintaining historical records.
• Review and work vendor statements.
• Review and research PO and EDI issues.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years of payables experience in a corporate environment.
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• MS Excel – highly proficient.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal colleagues at all levels.
• Strong & accurate data entry skills.
• Analytical with the ability to multi-task changing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with transactions involving multiple currencies.
