Job Description - Program Dates: The 2025 internship program will begin on May 19th, 2025, and end on August 8th, 2025
- Internship Hours: Up to 27 hours/week (maximum), Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; may vary by department.
- Pay Range: $14 per hour up to $20 per hour (graduate/ master's student), based on the number of credit hours earned.
Department Responsibilities: Updating the Information Technology Services Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) plan and Disaster Recovery Plan. These plans serve as a guide during and after emergency activations. Work with ITS departments to update their sections of the COOP plan.
- Meet with each Divisional Manager to review their data and plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate document review sessions with ITS Leadership Team.
- Compile updates and organize the files for ease of use.
- Investigate and recommend three efficiencies between divisions within the plan.

- Updated COOP Plan
- Organized COOP SharePoint
- Updated Disaster Recovery Plan
Internship Program Responsibilities: - A presentation to the County Administrator and other County Leadership staff is required at the close of the internship program.
- Participate in all organized intern events and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications About You Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma, or equivalent (if applicable)
- Eligible to work in the United States - we love local, national, and international students!
- Currently seeking a diploma or degree through an accredited secondary or post-secondary educational program, or within 12 months after graduation.
