Job Title: Workday Technical Developer/Analyst (HCM)

Salary range for this position $100,000/yr - $160,000/yr depending on experience and qualifications. Overview



Workday Technical Developer/Analyst . This is a direct hire REMOTE role.



What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

• Degree is computer science, data science or similar (bachelors degree is required)
• 5+ years of Workday technical experience, including integrations, reporting, and configurations.
• Workday certifications in Integrations, reporting, or studio strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP), BIRT reporting.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework and best practices.
• Healthcare Hospital industry experience or knowledge of hospital HR Workday HCM is required.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for issue tracking and resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs to support seamless data exchange with internal and external systems.
• Develop and optimize custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across Workday HCM
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure Workday solutions, and support system enhancements tailored to organization's needs.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical Workday issues, ensuring the system operates efficiently.
• Support Workday release management, testing new features and assessing their impact on existing configurations.
• Maintain data integrity and security compliance, ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to implement the best practices for Workday integrations and reporting.
• Document technical configurations, integration designs, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and system continuity.
