EFFY is the leading Fine Jewelry brand in cruise retail, across 8 Cruise Lines globally and with more than 100 boutiques at sea. We are seeking Charismatic individuals, with dynamic personalities to fill our Brand Ambassador, Jewelry specialist & Jewelry Sales Associate positions onboard!

Candidates should possess:

Strong & clear communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and a great work ethic; Self-motivated, target driven & a great team player; Thrives under pressure; Focused and driven to achieve professional and personal goals; Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate, and take initiative; Ship experience is preferred but not a requirement; Luxury Sales Experience or Jewelry sales is a preferred but not a requirement; Sales Experience is preferrable; We are strongly seeking languages; Japanese, German, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Arabic, Baltic, Slavic or Balkan languages.;

For our Speakers:

Sales background; Passion for sales & Jewelry; Public speaking experience; Comfortable on a microphone; Confident to improvise when needed; Good with scripts / memorising;

Please note:

With this position, you will be away from home for 6 months at a time, working and living onboard a cruise ship.; You will need to share a living quarters/room/cabin with one other person.; You will need to cover the cost of your own visa, medicals & documentation.; Flights and Accommodation are paid for by the company.;
