Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Van Driver to join our team at Beauvais Rehab and Healthcare Center in STL, Missouri. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from appointments, errands, and social activities. Van Driver Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company van to transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and social activities
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the van at all times
Maintain accurate records of transportation routes and resident information
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transportation services
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor
Van Driver Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and assist residents as needed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
