Im recruiting for a transportation client who is looking to hire fulltime (W2) Team OTR Drivers.
Only established Teams: They do not pair drivers wanting to team. They must have a teammate already.
$.95 cents per mile w / out hazmat $.98 cents per mile w / hazmat! (average of $204000 $240000 annually).
Pay raises of $0.01 per mile are given on your anniversary date each year for first 3 years.
Expected home time: every 18 days for 5 days
Full truckload dry van
A valid and current Class A CDL
9 months of verifiable tractortrailer experience (6 months is sufficient if Teaming with an experienced drivercall for details)
No DWIs in the past 7 years
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
Pass a preemployment DOT physical drug screen and Human Performance Evaluation (company truck drivers only for HPE)
No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
No drug test refusal or failure
CSA Safety Bonus opportunity every 90 days $1025 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $825 8 hours Paid Time Off
OnRoad Safety Bonus opportunity of $600 every 90 days
Anniversary Bonus of $100 for each year of continuous service paid annually
Detention pay after only 1 hour
Hazmat premium pay of $0.04/mile when hauling placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight is placarded)
