We are hiring motivated individuals for the upcoming tax season to join our team as Virtual Tax Preparers . This is a fully remote position with comprehensive training provided to help you excel.

Position Overview:
As a Virtual Tax Preparer, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and businesses navigate the tax process. This position involves tax preparation, client communication, and accurate data entry, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns with precision and adherence to tax laws.
• Input client financial data and tax information accurately into software systems.
• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and address inquiries.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information.
• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations through company-provided training.

Qualifications:

• No prior tax preparation experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
