Overview:

Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is expanding and is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for its Outpatient Pediatrics position in Wiggins, MS . We are looking for individuals eager to contribute to the clinic's growth. Candidates with part-time or PRN availability are also welcome.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• The SLP will primarily work with pediatrics , with some overflow to adults/geriatrics .
• This is a collaborative multidisciplinary setting that includes Occupational Therapy (OT) , Physical Therapy (PT) , and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Full-time SLPs typically complete 45-55 visits per week .

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position : Monday - Friday.
• No weekends, no holidays , offering an excellent work-life balance .
• The schedule is flexible to accommodate the needs of the hired candidate.
• Clinic hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm
  • Friday: 7 am - 12 pm

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate , starting around $32/hour for new graduates, with room for growth based on experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Eligible for Mississippi state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
2. Open to all experience levels , including new graduates . Mentorship and training are provided.
3. Full-time availability is preferred, but candidates with part-time or PRN availability (16 hours/week and two weekdays) are also considered.
