What You'll Do:

• Master the Basics : Begin your journey with in-depth training in solar energy solutions and sales techniques.
• Generate Leads : Engage in door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Educate Customers : Explain the benefits of solar energy and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Set Appointments : Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
• Achieve Sales Targets : Work toward and exceed your sales goals as part of a high-energy team.
• Participate in Team Meetings : Attend twice-weekly meetings in Cherry Hill, NJ to receive top-tier training and collaborate with successful peers.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills : Easily connect with customers and explain complex concepts simply.

• Customer Service Mindset : Focused on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

What We Offer:

• Pay : Earn between $4,000.00 and $20,000.00 per month based on performance.
