Job Summary: Removal and replacement of various commercial & sheet metal roofing systems under the direction of a foreman. This includes safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc). Able to fabricate and install coping, standing seam, R Panel, gravel stop, gutters, downspouts, through-wall flashing, counter flashing & penetration flashing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience installing R Panels, standing seam and gutters
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Experience in roofing is required
