We’re looking for a talented **SEO Specialist** to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving organic traffic, optimizing search performance, and developing effective SEO strategies that deliver measurable results. The right candidate will excel at on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, and improving website ranking and visibility across major search engines.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular, comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile responsiveness. Work closely with developers to implement technical fixes, ensuring compliance with search engine best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and overall site performance.
* Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, crawl errors, page speed, and mobile usability.
* Optimize website content, structure, and meta elements (titles, descriptions, headings, URLs) to improve organic rankings and user engagement.
* Develop and execute effective backlink strategies through web 2.0 domains, guest posting, link outreach, influencer collaborations, and toxic link management.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on key SEO performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
* Collaborate with the content and design teams to create SEO-friendly, keyword-rich content and implement internal linking strategies to enhance site structure and user experience.
**Requirements:**
* Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 year(s)
* Proficiency in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify optimization opportunities
* Strong skills in Link Building and executing effective backlink strategies
* Competence in Web Analytics to monitor performance and make data-driven improvements
* Expertise in implementing and improving On-Page SEO techniques
* Knowledge of current SEO trends and best practices
* Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics & Ahrefs
* Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
**Primary Location:** Remote (Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh)
**Working Time**: 07:00 AM to 4 PM CST
Weekend: Saturday and Sunday
Employee Status: Full-time (40 hours per week)
