Job Description

OneSparQ is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a technology company located in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and markup floorplans to identify technology needs, ensuring alignment with project specifications
• Perform detailed takeoffs using Bluebeam and other software tools to quantify materials and labor requirements
• Oversee the acquisition and coordination of labor, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and installation
• Lead project teams from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in a project management role within the technology field
• Experience with projects involving access controls
• Managed project timelines and budgets utilizing project management software

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in Bluebeam
• Knowledge with various technologies such as LV, security cameras, cctv, networking, etc.
