Job Posting Title: Senior Freight Forwarder, Capital Equipment

Summary

The Senior Freight Forwarder will be responsible for executing transportation and logistics projects for DSV's clients. They will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and goals are met, while also providing exceptional customer service. This role requires flexibility and extended availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the importation or exportation of goods from end to end
• Prepare and process required documentation
• Monitor shipments and projects, providing updates to customers 24/7
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate project progress to internal teams
• All other duties as assigned.

Educational background / Work experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or logistics
• Experience working in Freight Forwarding is required

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

Computer Literacy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CargoWise is preferred

DSV Air & Sea Inc. employees are hired for an undefined period of time as “at will” employees. For this position, the expected base pay range is $70,304 - 84,500 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
