Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, principles, and frameworks.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, etc.).
Protect the team from scope creep, external interruptions, and unplanned work.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and aligned expectations.
Drive adoption of Agile best practices and contribute to organizational Agile maturity.
Coach team members on self-organization and cross-functionality.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Experience working with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to identify and resolve team and process issues.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certifications.
Experience leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Background in software development or IT project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
