Role Description
This is a full-time Salon Manager role at Substance Salon located in Rutherford, NJ. This is an on-site position where the Salon Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing salon employees, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The Salon Manager will also be responsible for marketing and promoting the salon, hiring service providers, maximizing profits, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Salon Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing or supervising a team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
Knowledge of scheduling software, point of sale systems, and inventory management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
