Supercuts of South Miami needs an experienced and ambitious Salon Manager to lead our stylists in a positive and energetic work environment, and to ensure the success of our team and the salon.   Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Manage our team of licensed stylists
  
• Contribute to the team by performing salon services
  
• Lead employees to success by providing leadership
  
• Market the salon and build clientele
  
• Recruit and train stylists
  
• Encourage customer retention and cultivate new business
  
• Create a work environment that encourages employee growth and success
  

  Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Three+ years of salon management experience
  
• Five years of salon experience (prior Supercuts experience is a plus)
  
• Ability to be flexible with schedule and to work some nights and weekends
  
• Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude
  
•   Ability to communicate fluently in English & Spanish
  
• FL cosmetology license
  
• Valid DL and reliable transportation
