Sales Engineer - Turbo-machinery

Houston, Texas (Remote)

$120,000 to $155,000 annually, plus commissions

Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales Representative required to join a globally recognized leader in turbo-machinery solutions, the company specializes in designing, manufacturing, and servicing critical rotating equipment for industries such as energy, oil and gas, and petrochemicals.

The company is seeking two highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineers to join its dynamic team. This role will involve driving sales and developing long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions that align with their operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in turbo-machinery and engineering with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Both positions will be based in Houston, TX. One role will oversee the Gulf Coast region, while the other will cover the Western United States.

Compensation:

Starting from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, plus commissions

Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory or industry sector.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to propose effective turbo-machinery solutions.

Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales Representative

Requirements:

• A comprehensive understanding of turbo-machinery is essential.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf Coast region/Western United States to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Candidates with experience in service or repair positions will be considered.
