Are you a detail-oriented pharmacist with a passion for clinical care and improving patient outcomes? Join our team as a Remote Clinical Review Pharmacist and use your expertise to evaluate medication therapies, ensure safety, and support healthcare providers from the comfort of your own home.

• Conduct clinical reviews of patient medication regimens to assess appropriateness, safety, and effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve potential medication-related issues such as drug interactions, contraindications, or duplications.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to recommend and implement evidence-based therapy adjustments.
• Review prior authorization requests and clinical documentation for adherence to guidelines and policies.
• Document reviews and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state(s).
• Experience: Previous experience in clinical pharmacy, prior authorizations, or utilization review is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
