**Position:** Regional Solutions Consultant

**Salary:** $60,000-$80,000 based on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Relationship Building:** Foster strong connections with referral partners like dental supply reps, bankers, and real estate brokers.
2. **Market Engagement:** Attend local meetings, sponsor events, and engage with the community to identify market opportunities.
3. **Technical Specifications:** Gather technical requirements for new offices and larger projects.
4. **Collaboration:** Work with internal teams to develop accurate quotes, drawings, and proposals.
5. **Solution Presentation:** Present customized solutions and proposals to potential clients professionally.
6. **Brand Representation:** Represent DTP at industry events to build brand awareness and market trust.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about IT solutions for dental offices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Sales, account management, or technical consulting experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC business community.
