Job Description

Description Must be a licensed RN and have extensive experience in long term care facilities as a Clinical Nurse Consultant over multiple facilities. Travel Required. 

Will provide clinical expertise, guidance, tools, audits, and training to help each facility maintain clinical compliance standards and to be always survey ready. Will ensure that clinical systems are maintained to effectively operate the facility and maintain compliance with federal and state requirements. Other responsibilities include:

• Will work closely with Regional Nurse consultants and will provide clinical training and education to DON's, nurses and CNA's
• Manage/evaluate nursing competency.
• Maintain impeccable regulatory compliance within the buildings.
• Develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, and policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care, and to remain survey ready.
