As an Agency Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented candidates with our clients' staffing needs. Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for each position.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates.
Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with client needs.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Job Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting: Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and placement success to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
